From the UK the only direct flight service to Tanzania is from London Heathrow to Dar es Salaam with British Airways, operating three times a week.
Indirect flights from the UK to Tanzania
Several international airlines also operate services to Dar es Salaam with a change of planes en route. Kenya Airways offer a daily service to Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Kilimanjaro via Nairobi. KLM also operate to Kilimanjaro International Airport (ideal for northern circuit safaris and Kilimanjaro trekking), as do Ethiopian Airlines.

As a general rule of thumb the cheaper the fare, the longer the connection time in Nairobi.
