| Travel on this safari is by seven seater 4WD safari vehicle equipped with pop-up roof hatch for optimum game viewing plus cooler-box, radio communication, spare tyres, first aid kit and seat belts. Each person is guaranteed a window seat. Use of seat belts whilst the vehicle is in motion on open main roads is compulsory and a legal requirement in Tanzania. Windows typically slide to open and during game viewing our vehicles have plenty of space to move around in to gain optimum positions for wildlife watching. Luggage is normally stored behind the rear seats in the boot, so soft holdall style bags are preferred – hard cases just won’t fit! |  |

Holiday Suitability
This is a wildlife-packed road safari which takes in the highlights of northern Tanzania's fabulous National Parks in just a week, offering flexibility to combine this trip with another week relaxing on Zanzibar, Pemba or Mafia, or perhaps a safari in southern or western Tanzania. This scheduled departure lodge safari is ideal for solo travellers or couples who enjoy travelling with other people, sharing experiences and interests. This trip does not have the flexibility of a private safari but does benefit from a lower cost because transport and other expenses for the trip are shared in the price.
